Holiday Inn Express Toulouse Airport, an IHG Hotel

Nice airport hotel. Nice enough area. There were choices for restaurants within easy walking distance. 5-8 minute walk to the tram station if you want to go into Toulouse. 5 minute (max) ride on their shuttle to the airport. Nice drivers. Monsieur Alex and the delightful Jalilal ( I hope the spelling is correct) who drove us on separate trips. I believe that Jalilal was also responsible in large part for the great breakfast buffet. It begins at 6:00 am, which fit out timeline of a 7:00 am shuttle ride to the airport. The location is right by the four-lane if you’re driving in or leaving to explore the region. If I was to return to that region, I’d stay there again without hesitation.

Way better than I was expecting. About 15 mins walk from the airport terminal. Has a small pool which I didn’t get to use but in the summer this would be very welcome. Breakfast is plentiful and served from 6am. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport. The rooms are very quiet - good soundproofing. Finally, the staff were friendly and efficient. Not much more expensive than the Ibis Budget where I stayed last time but a vastly better quality stay.

We had an extremely positive experience staying here. The location is very convenient with several good restaurants within walking distance and the bonus of a courtesy shuttle bus to and from the airport. All the staff members we encountered were efficient, friendly and very helpful, our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the shower excellent. As for the breakfast, it was superb. There were so many delicious options to suit all tastes and we were just sorry we couldn’t eat more! We would certainly come here again if we needed to overnight at Toulouse Airport. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Such a great welcome! We got there after being picked up from the airport by the hotel transfer. Arrived at 11am, hotel took our bags to store. Checked in at 4pm after being into Toulouse and we were immediately upgraded to two rooms as the staff had noticed our children were older. Pool was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was very good. Room was lovely and comfortable. As IHG members we got late check out the next day until 12 noon. Hotel also allowed us to stay in the bar area until 5.30pm when we were waiting for the flight Free airport transfer once again! Hotel is about 15 minutes from a large shopping centre. Close to transport links to get into Toulouse.

Incredible staff! All staff, down to the last one, were exceptionally professional and incredibly helpful during a very difficult time for us as foreign travelers who were burglarized during our vacation. We were left with only my husband's cell phone and his wallet. Rental car had been vandalized and all baggage and computer and passports stolen. The front desk personnel at Holiday Inn Express went out of their way to assist us with adapting to use of free access computer and printer and assisted with train schedule info for travel to American Embassy for emergency passport purchases. Just such a comfort to have such understanding, sympathetic, and helpful hotel hosts! We highly recommend a stay at this Holiday Inn Express. Value for nightly rate is amazing with large breakfast buffet, comfortable bar setting and lounge, spotless reception area and very comfortable room with inexpensive upgrades available. Still thanking them from afar for making our traumatic experience less devastating by offering so much of their time and assistance.
